TS6-M Steam Heat Exchanger Stocked at Valutech
The TS6-M gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchanger is a model with a relatively short plate design, and is designed for steam to water heating, the TS6-M’s unique plate geometry and heavy-duty gaskets make it ideal for use in hot water sets and CIP systems.

Sanitary Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
Enerquip’s range of stainless-steel sanitary shell and tube heat exchangers are suited for processes with stringent hygienic regulations in the food, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, cannabis, and dairy industries; they are also optimized for Cleaning-in-Place operations. Enerquip units comply with 3-A regulations for construction and cleanability, containing FDA-approved elastomers, seamless tubing, and high weld quality.

Enerquip sanitary shell and tube heat exchangers feature alloyed construction to ensure corrosion resistance and cleanliness of hygienic processes containing fluids. Sanitary tri-clamp connections on the process side allow for simple installation. AlfaNova
Alfa Laval’s AlfaNova plate heat exchangers are the world’s first to be made completely of stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance and hygienic properties relative to other brazed heat exchangers. In applications that use aggressive liquids under high temperatures (up to 1020 F°) and pressures, the gasket-free construction allows for high efficiency and low life cycle costs. Applications include district heating using corrosive water, clean water refrigeration, tap water heating, and refrigeration systems using refrigerants such as ammonia.

Alfa Laval Copper Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers
Used in Hot-Water Sets for Pasteurizers
Alfa Laval offers a wide range of brazed plate heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer with a small footprint. Their design allows for long-term, maintenance-free operation that can withstand high design temperatures and pressures. Copper brazed plate exchangers are used for a large range of duties, including: CIP, cooling, heating, evaporation, condensing, and refrigeration. Due to the high heat efficiency of the brazed plate system, close temperature approaches are possible, increasing process efficiency with respect to a standard shell and tube unit.
