Hydraulic & Lubricating Oil Heaters

Warren Electric manufactures oil heaters for heating hydraulic and lube oil. These screw plug and flanged immersion heaters are designed for heating most oils including locations where circulation is reduced or non-existent.

High element surface temperatures can damage some oils or impair their ability to perform as designed. These oil heaters are specifically designed with low watt densities for direct immersion.

The HL Series
Warren Electric also manufactures a complete line of oil heaters designed specifically for hydraulic oil. The "HL" oil heaters are ideal for heating oils used in fluid power and machine lubrication applications. The "HL" Series are designed with low watt densities (approx. 10 WSI) to allow direct immersion into the storage vessel without degrading the oil or "coking" the heating elements. They are used to maintain a desired temperature within hydraulic or lubrication oil reservoirs.

Properly sized, when used in conjunction with the proper thermostatic controls, Warren Electric "HL" Series Oil Heaters will maintain the desired temperature of most oils. Specify weather or explosion resistant terminal enclosure if required.

Typical applications include fluid power, compressors, hydraulics, turbines, and bearings.
