Screw Plug Immersion Heaters

Since 1962 Warren Electric has manufactured quality industrial screw plug immersion heaters. WEC Screw Plug Heaters consist of tubular elements that are brazed or welded to a screw plug and provided with Terminal Enclosures suited for your application. They are screwed directly into a tank wall or through a matching pipe coupling.

Applications:

Typical applications for screw plug heaters include, but are not limited to, process water heating, freeze protection, and the heating of oils, and heat transfer mediums.

Please NOTE: WEC also has an optional unique terminal enclosure for screw plug heaters. Helmet Head Heaters are a compact, versatile screw plug design with a terminal enclosure that makes installation in confined areas more manageable. This unique design offers benefits over conventional screw plugs such as compactness and superior resistance to mechanical impact.
