Circulation Heaters

Warren Electric Corporation manufactures circulation heaters in a wide range of models, ratings, and watt densities for many applications. Either a flanged or screw plug heater is mated to a casing with inlet, outlet, vent, and drain options to meet your specifications. Whether you need to heat water, oil, chemicals, liquids or gases, our circulation heaters are built to fit your application.

These packaged systems are designed to supply the right amount of energy to heat process fluids to the desired temperature, for a given flow rate. Brazed or welded construction, center core baffles for increased velocities are available. Standard circulation heaters are furnished with high temperature insulation and steel jackets. Models can be furnished without insulation and jackets for lower temperature applications.

Standard Features

• Standard Pressure Vessels are Carbon Steel. Vessels are also available in most types of Stainless Steel. ASME Code Certification and National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessels registrations are available on request.
• Standard circulation heaters are furnished with high temperature insulation and steel jackets. Models can be furnished without insulation and jackets for lower-temperature applications. (A cost savings to you.)
• Universal or custom mounting brackets are available.
• Standard pressure vessels are up to 24” pipe and are Carbon Steel.
• Screw Type Heaters, with Hex plugs in Carbon Steel, Brass Bronze and most types of Stainless Steel, are available in sizes up to 3 inches.
• Inlets, outlets, drains, or extra openings can be your choice of female coupling (standard), threaded male pipe stub, or flanged.
• Overall and immersed lengths, and inlet and outlet dimensions, can be varied to suit your application.
