Immersion Heaters
Warren Electric manufactures Flanged Immersion Heaters utilizing standard ANSI flanges ranging from 2” to 24”, 150 PSIG to 1500 PSIG, and a wide variety of custom round and rectangular flanges to suit your application requirements. A wide selection of watt densities, power ratings, and element sheath materials make flanged immersion heaters an excellent choice for many heating applications including the heating of chemicals, fuels and oils.
Options
A number of options and modifications for our immersion heaters are available:
- Power ratings up to 800 KW; up to 600 Volts
- Brazed or welded construction
- Gaskets are available in a large variety of material types.
- Alloy bolts.
- Center core baffles for increased velocity.
- A variety of element supports.
- Replaceable blade construction is available on most models.
- Copper, or tinned, ("wet" side) face plates on ANSI flange designs.
- Thermowells and a variety of temperature controls.
