Flanged Immersion Heaters

Warren Electric manufactures Flanged Immersion Heaters utilizing standard ANSI flanges ranging from 2” to 24”, 150 PSIG to 1500 PSIG, and a wide variety of custom round and rectangular flanges to suit your application requirements. A wide selection of watt densities, power ratings, and element sheath materials make flanged immersion heaters an excellent choice for many heating applications.

Options

The following options and modifications are availabe:

Power ratings up to 800 KW; up to 600 Volts
Brazed or welded construction
Gaskets are available in a large variety of material types.
Alloy bolts.
Center core baffles for increased velocity.
A variety of element supports.
Replaceable blade construction is available on most models.
Copper, or tinned, ("wet" side) face plates on ANSI flange designs.
Thermowells and a variety of temperature controls.
