These heat exchangers enable you to take advantage of the higher efficiencies of your existing boiler, solar or geothermal heating system to replace your existing spa heater which typically runs at a lower efficiency. These units will therefore lower the cost of heating your spa or hot tub and they are impervious to the corrosive effects of spa and hot tub water. The CN series spa heaters are designed with corrosion resistant cupro-nickel tubes and bronze end covers making them an ideal solution for heating saltwater spas and hot tubs. Our SS series spa heaters are suitable for standard chlorinated spas and are designed to operate at high fluid velocities with low pressure drops. They feature a stainless steel 316L welded construction. With their efficient corrugated tube design, the SS series spa heaters are durable, strong, and promote fluid turbulence and self cleaning.

The compact design is ideal for applications where space is an issue. Many of these units have been installed in luxury hotels to provide spa heating in each of their individual suites.

Standard Features of the CN Series:

Longer Lasting: CN-Series spa heaters are designed using cupro-nickel tubes to ensure corrosion resistance to salt water making for longer equipment life. Will typically last longer than stainless steel spa heaters.
Self-Cleaning: due to the high flow rates through the heat exchangers, they are inherently self cleaning.
Easy to Install: can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
Easy To Select: our application engineers will quickly design a suitable heat exchanger based on your needs.

Long Lasting: all SS-Series spa heaters are 100% stainless steel 316L making them corrosion resistance to chlorinated spa water.
Debris Free: because of their high flow rates through these heat exchangers are inherently self cleaning.
Low Pressure Drop: with the high flow rate of the spa water going through the shell and boiler water through the tubes, low pressure drop is achievable.
Easy To Select: our application engineers will quickly design a suitable heat exchanger based on your needs

Low Pressure Drop: with the high flow rate of the spa water going through the shell and boiler water through the tubes, low pressure drop is achievable.
Easy To Select: selection is solely based on spa volume.
