Valutech provides comprehensive technical

Heat Exchanger Cleaning
1. Regasketing Plate Heat Exchangers
We provide reconditioning services for the complete line for both
Alfa Laval and Vicarb gasketed plate heat exchangers and "All Brand"
service where we recondition/service heat exchangers from any plate
heat exchanger manufacture with a "Good As New" guarantee.
2. Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Cleaning
Through our partnership with Conco Systems, we are capable of performing
Tube Cleaning, Leak Detection and Eddy Current Testing with the
appropriate certification in many areas of industry ranging from
nuclear plants to refineries.
Steam Trap Surveys
With high oil prices, energy costs has become one of the largest
expenses to manufacturing companies today. When a steam system can
contain as many as a thousand steam traps, and 50% of them are leaking,
a properly implemented maintenance program can mean hundreds of
thousands of dollars in energy savings.
