Fume Thermal Oxidizer
The Fume Thermal Oxidizers thermally treat organic fumes in air or inert gas streams between 1400F and 1600F. Destruction efficiencies range from 95 to 99.99 per cent. For higher destruction efficiencies by operating the oxidizer at a higher temperature. Catalytic oxidation systems are also offered.

Low NOx deNOxidizer Systems
A specialized combustion approach is made for thermal oxidation of nitrogen-bearing wastes. To achieve NOx emissions within acceptable limits, A three-stage combustion process is used to destroy Wastes.

Halogenated Waste Thermal Oxidizers
Callidus has extensive experience in halogenated organic waste. These have been used extensively in HCl absorbers and caustic scrubbers. The thermal oxidizers are capable of destruction efficiencies up to 99.9999 per cent.
